熱い茹でジャガはふきんでむく
茹でたての熱いジャガイモはなかなか皮をむけません。
といってさめてからでは上手くむけないし、
皮をむいてから茹でるとべちゃべちゃして、
つぶして使う料理には向きません。
さあどうしましょう？

ということで濡れたふきんで包んで、そのうえから手でくるりとひねります。
皮が驚くほど簡単にむけますし、手をやけどすることもありません。
